By accessing or using the SchedulerRX website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Services.
2. Description of Services
SchedulerRX provides:
- ACGME Compliance Checker — A free, browser-based tool that analyzes uploaded schedule data against ACGME duty hour rules. All processing occurs locally in your browser.
- Scheduling Platform — A constraint-based scheduling engine for residency programs (available via demo request).
- Educational Resources — Reference guides for ACGME scheduling requirements.
3. Compliance Checker Disclaimer
The ACGME Compliance Checker is provided as an informational tool only. It is not a substitute for official compliance review, legal advice, or professional judgment. While we strive for accuracy in implementing ACGME rules, you are solely responsible for verifying compliance with all applicable regulations. SchedulerRX does not guarantee that use of the tool will ensure ACGME compliance, and results should be reviewed by qualified personnel before any action is taken.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when signing up for our waitlist or requesting a demo
- Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
- Not use automated tools to scrape, probe, or test our Services without prior written consent
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or associated infrastructure
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by SchedulerRX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services without prior written permission.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Schedule data processed by the Compliance Checker remains in your browser and is not collected by SchedulerRX.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchedulerRX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SchedulerRX from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
