SchedulerRX provides:
- Scheduling Platform — A constraint-based scheduling engine for emergency medicine groups and residency programs (available via demo request).
- Educational Resources — Reference guides for ACGME scheduling requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting a demo
- Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
- Not use automated tools to scrape, probe, or test our Services without prior written consent
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or associated infrastructure

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
