Waitlist & Demo Requests

When you sign up for our waitlist or request a demo, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Professional role (e.g., Program Director, Chief Resident)

This information is stored in a secure database hosted by Notion (notion.so) and is used solely to communicate with you about SchedulerRX.

ACGME Compliance Checker (Free Tool)

The Compliance Checker processes schedule data entirely within your web browser. No schedule data, shift information, or resident names are transmitted to or stored on our servers. When you import a calendar via URL, our server acts as a proxy to fetch the calendar file, but the contents are returned directly to your browser and are not logged or retained. All analysis is performed client-side.

No Analytics or Tracking

SchedulerRX does not use cookies, analytics platforms, or tracking technologies. We do not collect browsing behavior, device information, or any data beyond what you explicitly provide through our forms.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to demo requests and waitlist signups
• To communicate product updates relevant to your interest

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Notion — Stores waitlist submissions (name, email, role)
• Vercel — Hosts our website and provides infrastructure
• Resend — Transactional email delivery

Each service maintains its own privacy and security practices. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

5. HIPAA & Protected Health Information

SchedulerRX does not collect, process, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. The free Compliance Checker tool processes schedule data locally in your browser and does not transmit it to our servers. For our production scheduling platform, we are committed to meeting healthcare data security requirements and will execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as appropriate.

6. Data Security

All communication with our website is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel. We follow industry standard practices for securing our infrastructure and regularly review our security posture.

7. Data Retention

Waitlist and demo request data is retained until you request its removal or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. To request deletion of your data, email us at tyler@schedulerrx.com.
